What is naturopathy?
Naturopathy studies the relationship between the natural elements and the body. It is based on the principle of non-harming and aims to optimise all conditions so that the vital force is at the peak of its potential.
Naturopathy is very broad and includes practices such as heliotherapy, balneotherapy or massages to activate vital functions and help the body to eliminate toxins and receive essential nutrients. It can also use oligotherapy, phytotherapy, supplementation and diet therapy.
In fact, naturism is a philosophy of life that is related to respect for nature and consequently for ourselves.
What is homeopathy?
Homeopathy is a system based on the principle of similarity. It is based on the principle that we can reverse imbalances in a living system by administering a substance, properly prepared, that gives information about its current state.
What do they have in common?
Both aim to discover the peculiarities of each person in order to better understand their imbalances and optimise the state of the vital force.
In short, both therapies rely on the body’s innate ability to seek the most balanced state possible when the right conditions are met. The therapist becomes a mediator until the connection is restored.
